To create a new site feature, right click on the Site features node (is placed in Base configuration under the Site node) and in the context menu choose the Add Site feature item. In the displayed window, type a name of feature.
The description of element can be given in the Properties and Links panel. User can also define arbitrary parameters which are considered relevant.
