In the File menu click on the New project item.
Type in the title of the new project and its description (optional) in the displayed window and press OK.
The SAFRAN will automatically create the directory ( the path My Documents/SAFRAN/) with .saf-file which is named as the new project.
When the project opens, its contents appears in the Object browser window.
